Our Leadership
CREWS + Co. is the natural evolution of Stegenga Partners, carrying forward the firm’s spirit of care, flexibility, and ingenuity. Our new brand is led by Josh Crews and Heather Fellows, whose complementary strengths form the foundation of our firm’s relational equity.
Josh serves as the mission visionary, championing the evidence-based thinking, while Heather acts as the voice of purpose, ensuring a high-touch, empathetic approach in our process. Together, they bring both the head and the heart to every project, ensuring our designs are as purposeful as they are practical.
